How do I place an order? TOP

To place an order, simply select the items that you want and add it to your shopping cart. Once you are ready to checkout, click on the checkout button and you will be guided throughout the checkout process.

Alternatively, you may email us your orders.

For International orders, please email us at info@motherslove.com.sg. Kindly note that any taxes or custom duties incurred will have to be borne by the customer.

  

Are the prices shown nett? TOP

All prices quoted are nett and in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

**Kindly note that products and prices are subjected to change without prior notice**

  

Will there be any order confirmation sent to me? TOP

Upon receiving your order, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. There will be an order reference number, as well as details of your order.

All orders will be processed and despatched within 3 working days upon the receipt of payment. Please arrange for payment within 2 days from the date of receiving our confirmation email, otherwise the system will automatically delete the order.

We do replenish our stocks regularly, but in the event where the item(s) that you have ordered is/are sold out, we will send you a separate email confirming if you will like to cancel your order or to wait for a back order.

 

What are the different modes of payment? TOP

All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Please note that payment has to be made within 2 days from date of order, otherwise the system will automatically delete the order.

  

Currently, Motherslove is accepting the following modes of payment:

(a) Bank Transfer (Internet banking / ATM)

  • To make payment to DBS Savings Plus 120-5-001708.
  • Please drop us an email once payment has been made, stating your order reference number, as well as the bank transaction reference number.
  • Once payment has been received, we will ship out your orders within 3 working days.

 

(b) Credit / Debit Card Payment by PayPal

  • You will be automatically directed to PayPal website for payment. Motherslove does not collect any credit / debit card information from our customers.
  • Please note for payment by PayPal, you will be liable for the 5% PayPal charges + S$0.50 admin fees that PayPal imposes on us.

   

What are the different modes of delivery? TOP

We deliver all orders within Singapore strictly by SingPost mail:

(a) Normal Mail

  • Flat rate of S$3.00 will be charged for shipping to a single local address (regardless of quantity ordered)

(b) Registered Mail

  • Flat rate of S$5.00 will be charged for shipping to a single local address (regardless of quantity ordered)
  • For orders above S$150, free registered mail will be provided.

   

Do note that Motherslove will NOT be held liable for lost / damaged items sent by normal mail.  

    

Can I cancel my order? TOP

We regret to inform that once an order has been processed and confirmed by Motherslove, cancellations and amendments will not be allowed.

 

Do you do refunds / exchange? TOP

We regret to inform that due to hygiene issue, refunds and exchanges will not be accomodated as we hope that all customers can be sure that what they are buying are brand new products.

In the event of manufacturing defects, we do, upon our discretion, allow for a one-to-one exchange of the same item free of charge.

Please contact us within 3 working days if you have a manufacturer-defective item that you wish to exchange. Item must be exchanged within 10 days accompanied by proof of purchase.
